On June 9, 2019, the federal government published new regulations regarding reimbursements related to assisted reproduction.  The new regulations can be found here: http://gazette.gc.ca/rp-pr/p2/2019/2019-06-26/html/sor-dors193-eng.html  The new regulations will take effect in June 2020.

Health Canada is also seeking input regarding its Draft Guidance Document and is accepting submissions regarding that draft document until July 26, 2019.  The Draft Guidance Document can be found here: https://www.canada.ca/en/health-canada/programs/consultation-reimbursement-assisted-human-reproduction/document.html
